Job Title: Administrator / Receptionist (Entry-Level)

Location: Harrow
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £21,500 per annum
Reports to: Office Manager / Practice Manager / Team Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional individual to join our team as an Administrator/Receptionist. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has just completed their A-Levels and is looking to begin a career in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties

* Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls
* Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
* Maintain the reception area to a high standard

Administrative Support

* Assist with filing, photocopying, and scanning of documents
* Input data accurately into systems or spreadsheets
* Support team members with basic administrative tasks
* Schedule appointments, meetings, or calls as required

Office Support

* Maintain stationery supplies and place orders when needed
* Help with setting up meeting rooms and preparing refreshments
* Handle ad hoc requests from different departments

What We're Looking For

* Recently completed A-Levels or equivalent (no degree required)
* Keen to start a career in business administration or customer service
* Confident communicator, both in person and on the phone
* Smart, polite, and professional appearance and manner
* Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
* Comfortable using a computer (Word, email, internet)

Desirable (but not essential)

* Experience working in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Interest in progressing within administration or office support
