Job Title: Hygiene Team Leader ( Night Shift ) Location: Ledbury HR8 Pay Rate: £15.25 p/h Contract: Temporary ongoing with permanent opportunities after 12 weeks gap personnel, acting as an employment business, are partnering with Newberry International based in Ledbury (HR8). You will be responsible for ensuring that the machinery and factory areas are cleaned to a high standard in line with the cleaning schedule. You will be part of the team, but also act as a team leader to ensure that all tasks are completed, signed off and that any issues are communicated and followed up with the technical department. You will be responsible for promoting food safety and good manufacturing practices. Main Duties as a Hygiene Team Leader : To carry out scheduled hygiene work and complete the relevant records. To have a full understanding of the cleaning systems, schedules, and procedures throughout the factory. Work with the technical team to ensure all activities comply with GMP and quality procedures. To carry out instructions as given by management. Be familiar with the safe preparation and handling of cleaning chemicals and disinfectants used in conjunction with hygiene duties.
