We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our leadership team at a warm and welcoming 45-bed dementia care home in Gainsborough.About the Role: As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will lead by example, mentor staff, and help maintain a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment for residents.Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing the overall care and operational duties of the home
* Provide leadership and guidance to the care team
* Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times
* Support staff development through supervision and training
* Help ensure compliance with CQC and other relevant regulations
* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
About You:
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 or willingness to work towards it preferred)
* Previous experience in a senior care role, ideally in a dementia care setting
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
