The Role
As a Quality Technician, reporting to the Technical Manager at Rudie's Kitchen, you will ensure the effective operation of quality systems and processes, maintaining product quality from raw materials to dispatched goods. This is a senior-level role without line management responsibilities, offering a salary of £38,834 per year.
Key Responsibilities
1. Educate the team to proactively manage process and system controls.
2. Conduct testing on raw materials and finished products.
3. Monitor and analyze product quality data, collaborating with other departments for improvements.
4. Complete scheduled QA tasks such as GMP, calibrations, audits, and sampling.
5. Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
6. Participate in process trials and ensure new product processes are integrated smoothly.
Candidate Profile
* Love dogs and have QA Lead experience.
* Pragmatic, adaptable, resilient, and humble.
* Proven experience in QA, systems management, or HACCP in food manufacturing.
* Strong understanding of production and packing processes.
* Knowledge of process capability and target setting.
* Enthusiastic about building from the ground up and working in FMCG manufacturing.
