Key Responsibilities will include
* Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including performance, absence, grievance, and disciplinary cases.
* Support managers with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Partner with business leaders to deliver tailored HR solutions.
* Assist with core HR activities such as salary reviews, engagement surveys, and talent development.
* Contribute to projects that drive continuous improvement and enhance employee experience.
