Location: Craigavon Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: Competitive Business Unit : Clinical Services Open To : Internal & External Applicants Ref No.: HRJOB11636 The Role The role is responsible for performing clerical functions related to Distribution orders shipped from the Craigavon or Dundalk facilities. Key responsibilities include preparing and independently verifying all relevant shipping documentation necessary for the effective management of materials during the despatch and distribution process. Additional duties involve conducting post-despatch follow-up actions, such as tracking and tracing shipments. The position also entails a degree of manual handling. The post holder will ensure that all tasks are completed promptly and accurately, adhering at all times to GMP requirements. What we are looking for · Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up employment in the UK · GCSE (Grade C or above) in Mathematics and English Language (or equivalent) · Previous experience of working in a busy office environment · Experience of using computerised systems · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (For further information on essential and desirable criteria, please refer to the job description attached to the online job posting.)
