Site Services Officer – Nottinghamshire County Council
Salary: £34,434 - £39,152 per annum (pro rata)
Type of vacancy: Permanent
Work pattern: Part Time – 16 hours per week

Job Summary
Manage maintenance issues across our buildings, ensuring facilities are safe, compliant and ready to serve the communities that rely on them.
Role Responsibilities
* Responding to Reports: Address maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
* Coordinating Repairs: Work with contractors and teams to ensure timely repairs.
* Maintaining Safety Standards: Ensure all buildings meet safety and compliance regulations.
* Documenting Work: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
* Supporting Upkeep: Assist in the general maintenance of facilities to ensure they are fit for purpose.
Required Skills And Qualifications
* A reasonable standard of literacy and numeracy.
* A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Basic knowledge of building maintenance, including electrical and heating systems.
* Experience in general building maintenance and minor repairs.
