Were partnering with a fast-growing, global HR technology business that helps companies simplify recruiting, onboarding, and talent management. Following recent investment and ambitious growth plans, they are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join their international legal team.
The Role
Reporting to the General Counsel (based in Australia) and working closely with the UK Sales team, youll provide practical, commercially-focused legal advice across the business. This is a hands-on role with broad exposure to international SaaS operations, giving you the opportunity to shape policies and contracts in a growing, global environment.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Lead client contract management and negotiation, supporting the Sales team on new business and upsell opportunities
2. Drive UK/EU data protection and AI compliance initiatives, including adherence to the EU AI Act
