Based in Aberdeen, this client is a leading provider of specialist services, products and engineered solutions across four complementary areas of expertise. Currently looking to bring in a QHSE Advisor on a temporary 6-month basis.
The Role
As the QHSE Advisor, you will work with the QHSE Manager to ensure the business keeps QHSE levels high.
Responsibilities
* Assist the QHSE Manager in delivering exceptional QHSE performance.
* Ensure legal and other requirements are met.
* Provide support and guidance to operations personnel on QHSE related matters.
* Deliver training and mentoring on a range of QHSE topics.
* Audit compliance to standards and legal requirements.
* Ensure accurate records are maintained.
* Participate in internal QHSE meetings and investigations.
* Identify improvement opportunities in existing methods and systems.
* Assist in developing a culture that encourages safe working practices and continual improvement.
Experience
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* NEBOSH or equivalent.
* Auditing qualification.
* Extensive experience and understanding of management system standards.

Renumeration
* Salary- £30-45K DOE
