A prominent Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join their dynamic team.
You will manage a high-quality caseload, with responsibilities that include managing a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity, and re-mortgages. Experience with retirement properties, shared ownership, and equity release is advantageous but not essential.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties
* Conducting title checks and searches
* Preparing and reviewing contracts and other legal documents
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
* Providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong client relationships
