HR & Operations Administrator

* £27,500 - £30,000 (DOE)
* Monday to Friday (Full-Time)
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and organised HR & Operations Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced environment.
This is a hands-on role supporting both HR and Operations, with a strong focus on compliance, vetting, and maintaining accurate records. You'll need to be comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines where accuracy is critical.
What you'll be doing
* Managing HR administration across the full employee lifecycle
* Supporting compliance processes including right to work, DBS, SIA licensing, and BS7858 vetting
* Maintaining accurate records and audit-ready documentation
* Monitoring and updating compliance and absence trackers
* Coordinating training and maintaining records
* Supporting operational administration and responding to business needs
* Producing reports and supporting HR activity
What we're looking for
* Experience in an administrative role (HR or compliance experience is highly beneficial)
* Strong attention to detail and confidence working with sensitive information
* Ability to manage a high-volume workload and changing priorities
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment
* Good Excel and systems skills
* A proactive and reliable approach
