Looking to grow your career in supply chain and logistics?
We're looking for a switched-on, reliable Supply Chain Assistant to join our friendly team in Rolleston. This is a hands-on and varied role where no two days are the same - a great mix of admin work, stock control, and time out of the office checking products at our off-site storage facility.
If you're organised, keen to learn, and enjoy being part of a busy, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
What the role involves:
*Managing stock movements to and from off-site storage
*Processing orders and updating inventory using Cin7
*Visiting the storage facility to check products are in tip-top condition and ready to go
*Assisting with ordering and procurement
*Using Microsoft Office daily for admin and reporting
*Supporting the wider team with general logistics tasks
What we're looking for:
*A clean and current Class 1 NZ Driver's Licence (you'll need to visit the storage site)
*Confident with Microsoft Office - especially Excel and Outlook
*Experience with inventory or order systems (Cin7 is a bonus!)
*Strong attention to detail and good time management
*Someone who's willing to pitch in and learn
*Friendly, proactive, and not afraid of a bit of hard work
* Valid rights to work in NZ (NZ Citizen, Resident or open Work Visa)
What we offer:
*Supportive team environment with great people
*On-the-job training and development
*A chance to build real experience across supply chain and logistics
*A role with variety, responsibility, and room to grow
