Overview
Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our local government client to recruit a HR Business Partner for up to a 12 week duration.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a senior leadership team to shape workforce plans, strengthen organisational collaboration, and manage risks, offer insight, and subsequent resolution.
Responsibilities
* Build relationships with senior leadership
* Taking the lead with complex employee matters through to resolution
* Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders internal and external
* Supporting the ongoing use of HR policy and procedures
* Provide high level advice
* Identify risks and implement plans to resolve
* Support and influence leadership to adopt cultural change to the benefit of the business
* Monitoring trends, providing training, continuous implrovement, guidance and learning across the business
* Monitoring and producting metrics and analytics for the business
* Ensuring they are up to date with all employment law
* Ensuring best practice is adpoted throughout
Candidate Requirements
* CIPD Level 5 in Human Resource Practice (or equivalent HR qualification).
* Strong leadership and relationship buidling skills
* Excellent knowledge of HR policies including GDPR, Data protection and current emplpyment law, and proven evidence of implementing
