About the role - DFYNE Your Career:

I’m Paige, Head of Design here at DFYNE HQ.
I am seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Quality Control Technician to support this newly established department.
The ideal candidate will help ensure our products meet company standards and customer expectations. You will play a key part in reducing defects and supporting continuous improvement across production processes.
The role requires a blend of strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and a solid understanding of QC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review of raw material/ inline & final inspections
* Ensure products meet quality standards of approved samples & technical packs.
* Identifying defects such as sewing faults, shade variations, fabric damage, mmts
issues and implementing corrective actions where necessary
* Record inspection results accurately and maintain quality documentation.
* Ability to read tech packs and quality manuals is essential.
Experience Needed:
No Experience needed, but a strong background in Quality Control is desirable.
Skills:
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work under tight deadlines
