Job Title: Learning Support Assistant Location: WA14, Altrincham Start Date: ASAP Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM Pay Rate: £13.69 to £15.87 per hour Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term Reeson Education is looking for a motivated and skilled Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in the WA14 area of Altrincham. This full-time, long-term Learning Support Assistant role is to start as soon as possible and offers a fantastic opportunity to support pupils across all year groups with their learning and development. The Learning Support Assistant will work with small groups of pupils throughout the school, delivering targeted support in core subjects including English and Maths. The goal of this Learning Support Assistant role is to help close learning gaps, reinforce key concepts, and provide consistent encouragement to boost pupil confidence and academic progress.
