Job Opportunity: Part-Time Customer Income Advisor
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Income Advisor to join a housing association and help expand their Income Team. This is a permanent part-time position offering excellent benefits and competitive packages.
Role Details:
* Title: Customer Income Advisor
* Salary: £20,280 - £23,649
* Location: Near Christchurch
Responsibilities:
* Provide customers with budgeting and welfare benefit advice
* Complete Income and Expenditure statements
* Assist with benefit & grant applications and signposting for additional support
* Collaborate with internal and external partners
* Maximize income recovery and meet arrears targets
* Ensure tenants are aware of their rights and responsibilities

Requirements:
* Up-to-date knowledge of housing legislation and welfare benefits
* Experience supporting customers with statements and applications
* Community support experience and leadership skills
* Ability to liaise with internal and external partners effectively
