What You’ll Need
* 3+ years’ experience as a Business / BI Analyst in a technical environment (ideally SaaS or enterprise systems)
* Strong experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
* Ability to lead discovery, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement
* Experience producing user stories, data mapping, interface specs, and reporting requirements
* Solid understanding of SQL and database concepts
* Proven ability to balance technical constraints with business value
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
* Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with IoT or connected devices
* Familiarity with APIs (SOAP), XML/HTML, or UX concepts
* Experience with tools such as JIRA / Confluence
