Job Details
As a key member of the Alliance Healthcare UK communications team, the Communications Executive will play a vital role in supporting Functional communications for our operation across the UK and several other key business functions. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging communication materials across our existing channels for a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Communication Manager to implement internal communications for specified functional areas within the organisation, including:
1. Operations - Warehouse and Transport
2. Environment, Health and Safety
3. HR
4. Quality
5. Compliance
6. Legal
7. Customer Service
Stakeholder Engagement:
8. Liaison with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels, building strong working relationships as a trusted advisor.
Content creation:
9. Create engaging content for internal communications, including newsletters, briefings and presentations, maximising our reach across multiple channels. Often working to tight deadlines for urgent materials in a dynamic environment.
External agency Liaison:
10. Working with external agencies where appropriate to plan, design and create posters, videos and promotional materials to support communications campaigns to clear deadlines and within budget.
Measuring Success:
11. Assist in the creation and analysis of communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of internal communication methods and channels, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
