We are recruiting Childrens Residential Support Workers to join a well-established Learning Disabilities (LD) residential service in Worcester, supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
As a Childrens Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.
This Childrens Residential Support Worker role is ideal for experienced childrens support workers or staff from an adult LD background looking to move into childrens residential care. A Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young Peoples Residential Care is preferred but not essential, as full support can be provided to achieve the qualification.
