A unique and exciting opportunity to join a growing team in Portadown. My client is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their busy team
Hours of work - M-T 0800-1645 / F 0800-1245
Salary - £25500
To provide support to the Accounts department of a Building, Mechanical & Electrical Services and associated Facilities Management Company based in Portadown. The duties will include the administration of accounting and related administration tasks in an accurate and organised manner and working to specified weekly and monthly timetables.
JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Enter purchase/subcontractor invoices in accordance with company procedures
2. Carry out account reconciliations for ledgers
3. Reception Cover as and when required
4. Other Accounts Related Administrative Tasks as and when required
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
5. Previous administration experience within a busy environment
6. Extensive use of IT Systems
7. Excellent Communication & Teamwork Skills
8. Be Highly Motivated
9. Possess a Professional approach to your work
10. Confidence in working with numbers
11. Excellent Organisational & Time Management skills
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
12. Working knowledge of Microsoft Business Central
13. Payroll experience
