As a key member of the team, you will provide strategic advice and representation across a broad range of employment law matters. You will also play a pivotal role in mentoring the existing employment team as well as contributing to firm-wide initiatives and expanding the firms client base through networking and business development. About You *A qualified solicitor with a high level of experience in employment law *Proven track record of advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters *Strong commercial awareness and ability to build lasting client relationships *Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members *Confident presenter and communicator, with experience in delivering seminars and client training *A proactive networker and business developer, keen to grow your practice and contribute to the firm's success.
