This role ensures efficient delivery within the region by driving teams towards delivery objectives, mitigating risks, managing dependencies and fostering collaboration across squads and teams. By fostering an environment of continuous improvement, feedback, and team empowerment, the Agile Delivery Manager significantly contributes to the overall success of our organisation. You’ll partner with platform managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts and developers to plan and manage delivery and cross-squad dependencies You’ll provide clear, executive-level roadmap updates, aligning delivery with business priorities and timelines You’ll leverage deep knowledge of several agile methods (e.g. Scrum, XP, Lean Software Development, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe, etc.), acting as an agile champion and contributing to expanding the understanding and practice of agile principles and values You’ll ensure delivery by the team throughout product development, testing and implementation phases to ensure feature integrity and quality You’ll use customer insights to provide direction for business initiatives And what are we looking for? You’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in IT delivery management, with significant experience in Agile environments You’ll have an understanding of, and ability to apply and coach team members in, the application of Agile methodologies, tools and techniques at scale You’ll be proficient in using delivery management tools such as Jira and Confluence You’ll be highly proficient in independent issue resolution and innovative problem-solving, with strong leadership skills and the ability to proactively manage expectations for delivery success You’ll have demonstrated ability to consolidate and coordinate team delivery plans using agile practices and be knowledgeable in information management practices, system development life cycle, IT services, and agile/lean methodologies You’ll be a strategic thinker with the ability to overlay business strategy and goals with technology roadmap and considerations to drive optimal delivery and maximise value So, why choose us?
