We are currently seeking passionate Self Employment Assistance Business Coach to mentor and guide individuals on their journey to successful small business ownership. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to change lives and make a real difference.
We have full time Permanent position - Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5.00pm) available to join our team based in Ipswich.
As a Business Coaches you will be responsible for:
1. Mentoring and developing participants to achieve successful small business outcomes.
2. Interviewing prospective participants and assessing business applications.
3. Coordinating and conducting training in various Skills Sets and Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business with selected applicants.
4. Assisting with the development of business plans and financial tables.
To be successful, you will need:
5. A strong understanding of small business operations, including cash flow and viability (previous experience running your own business)
6. The ability to lead, mentor, coach and educate the participants in this program
7. Experience in data analysis and business plans.
8. Highly developed interpersonal skills developing and maintaining client relationships
9. Ability to work in an autonomous, dynamic and flexible work environment with an emphasis on high level of customer service.
10. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) - desirable
11. Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business BSB40320 - desirable
