Work Planner & Administrator
Pertemps are seeking a proactive and organised Work Planner & Administrator to join our client’s busy service team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling annual and ad-hoc maintenance, as well as coordinating urgent call-outs and alarm responses.
Main duties of this Work Planner & Administrator rolePlan and schedule annual and ad-hoc maintenance activities

o Arrange and coordinate urgent call-outs and alarm responses
o Communicate effectively with service teams, suppliers, and the public
o Maintain accurate records of planned and completed work
o Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
o Monitor workloads and resources to ensure timely completion of tasks
o Support the team with administrative duties as required
o Escalate issues or conflicts to management promptly
o Assist in reporting and tracking performance metrics

* Strong communication skills, particularly when liaising with the public

* Flexible working hours over 4 days (subject to workload and management discretion)
