Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Oxfordshire and Wiltshire for Carers specialising in Complex Care for children and adults. As a Carer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support tailored to clients with complex medical and personal needs. Daily tasks include administering medications, providing personal care, supporting with mobility, monitoring health conditions, and assisting clients with daily activities to promote safety, comfort, and independence.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge in personal care provision, complex care procedures, and medication administration
* Proficiency in observing and responding to health conditions and needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and meaningful relationships with clients
* Empathy, patience, and a caring attitude to provide emotional and physical support
* Ability to follow care plans, maintain accurate records, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
* Prior experience in health or social care is an advantage
* Relevant qualifications such as a Health and Social Care Certificate or equivalent are preferred
* A valid driver's license and ability to commute to client locations is beneficial
