The Role
Youll focus on sourcing and placing talent within the financial services sector, working closely with both clients and candidates while managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
* Sourcing candidates across financial services disciplines (e.g. front office, risk, compliance, operations)
* Writing and posting targeted job adverts for specialist roles
* Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients, from boutique firms to global institutions
* Managing interview processes and preparing candidates
* Negotiating offers and closing placements
* Developing deep market knowledge within your chosen financial niche
