Location: An Ofsted-rated Good land‑based college in Northamptonshire
Contract: Permanent, Full‑Time (37 hours per week)
Start Date: September 2025 (or as soon as possible)

Role Overview We’re seeking an experienced equine professional to join our vibrant Equine Studies department, delivering high-quality teaching across:
Diploma & Extended Diploma Level 2 & 3 courses in Horse Care, Dressage, Jumping, Rehabilitation & Therapy
The full suite of equine theory and practical modules: anatomy, behaviour, nutrition, yard management, and competition preparation
Supporting students in vocational assignments, external assessments, industry placements, and commercial yard duties What You’ll Bring
A recognised qualification in equine studies or a related subject (e.g., BSc, diploma, or city & guilds)
Proven experience working in the equine industry—stables, training, competition, or rehabilitation
A passion for vocational education, excellent classroom and yard-based delivery skills, and commitment to student-centred learning
