We are looking to strengthen our L&D team with a L & D Advisor based at Hattersley with hybrid working available.
You will report directly to the L & D Manager and your role will include co-ordinating the full cycle of Graduate and Apprenticeship programmes. As the L&D Advisor you will help coordinate and implement key L&D initiatives including our Early Careers Programmes and work on projects as required alongside the day to day running of the L&D function
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Manage the Graduate and Apprenticeship Programmes including develop relationships with apprentices, graduates, programme leads and mentors and looking to continually improve our offerings
2. Work on special projects as defined by the L&D Manager
3. Manage the further education scheme – provide guidance to the business and monitor progress
4. Work with other members of L&D team to plan, organise, record all training against the annual training plan
5. Assist with the review and development of internal L&D procedure, guidance, forms and admin systems and assist in the communication of these
6. Identify effective ways to communicate and promote L&D offerings
7. Provide information, updates and reports to others in the HR team and business
8. Help maintain the L&D intranet pages, upload/update information and documents as required
