The Opportunity:
This pivotal role blends strategic oversight with hands-on management. You will be the driving force behind the smooth running of our office, providing essential support to our legal teams and overseeing the administrative functions across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all facets of office operations and facilities to maintain a professional, efficient environment

Lead and support the administrative team, fostering collaboration and development
*
Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and external service providers
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety, GDPR, and relevant regulatory standards
*
Collaborate closely with HR, IT, finance, and department leaders to achieve operational excellence
*
Facilitate onboarding and training for new staff on office systems and procedures
*
Continuously review and enhance administrative workflows to boost efficiency
*
Promote a positive, professional workplace culture aligned with the firm's core values
Who We're Looking For:

Demonstrable experience as an Office Manager, preferably within a law firm or professional services setting
*
Outstanding organisational and communication skills
*
Strong leadership ability with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
*
Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change confidently
*
High discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
*
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and case management software
Desirable:

Experience working within an SRA-regulated environment

Knowledge of HR or compliance processes in a legal context
