About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented S&OP and Improvement Manager to lead the development and execution of our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process while driving measurable improvements in On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance for our top revenue-generating customers.
This is a strategic, customer-facing role that blends data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and process ownership to ensure supply chain excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
· Lead the development and implementation of a robust S&OP process with an 18-month rolling forecast.
· Translate commercial revenue forecasts into SKU-level demand plans to support material purchasing and stocking strategies.
· Analyse OTD performance and identify root causes for gaps against the 97.5% target.
· Drive OTD improvement initiatives and ensure accountability across internal stakeholders.
· Chair weekly OTD and order book reviews with key customers.
· Communicate material supply risks using a 4-week forward-looking horizon.
· Report monthly on forecast accuracy and lead initiatives to achieve a minimum of 70% accuracy.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customer supply chain teams to enhance confidence in delivery performance.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in a similar customer-facing supply chain or operations role.
· Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems (Epicor preferred).
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
· Experience working in cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
