Multitask Personnel are pleased to be working with our well-established Mechanical and Electrical building services contractor client, who dominate in their sector. Due to new measures being introduced within the business and continued growth we are recruiting for an experienced and methodical Commercial Administrator on a part time basis to join their successful team in Chesterfield.
You will be working closely with the commercial and accounts team, providing support with daily commercial administration tasks.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised and articulate and have the ability to gain, and where relevant apply a range of knowledge, skills and understanding. It would be advantageous to have experience with the CIS scheme and dealing with subcontractors.
Duties and responsibilities for the Commercial Administrator include:
* Administration duties to the Commercial Department
* Sub-Contractor Invoice/Application processing.
* Creation of New Sub Contractor Details
* Update existing Sub Contractor details and ensure Insurance/CIS Information current
* Subcontractor/Company Screening Forms
* Answering Sub Contractor enquiries - email/phone
* Project Creation Process
This is a part time role of 22hrs per week working Mon-Fri, (preferably starting in the morning, there is however, some flexibility in the hours, there is also scope for hybrid working after a 6 month period.
Salary is £16,000
