The Role
This position involves managing a diverse caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re‑mortgages, transfers of equity, right-to-buy transactions and shared‑ownership schemes.
You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality client service while contributing to the continued growth of the team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload with autonomy
* Ensuring clients are kept well‑informed and receive an excellent standard of care
* Supporting colleagues and working collaboratively within a friendly, experienced team
* Assisting with client matters allocated by the Partner overseeing the department
* Ensuring confidentiality and compliance in line with the firm's policies and regulatory standards
* Supervising and supporting junior staff where required
* Taking part in business development and networking opportunities
* Engaging with ongoing training and personal development

About you
You will be:
* An experienced residential conveyancer, solicitor, or legal executive with the ability to manage your own caseload
* Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
* A confident communicator with a strong focus on client care
* Well‑organised, proactive and adaptable
* Comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office applications
* Interested in personal development and building long‑term client relationships
