You will be the driving force that keeps this top-performing team's day in order. This role will see you utilise your administration, organisational and relationship management skills daily. Your tasks are as below but not limited to:
* Preparation and execution of contracts
* Provide knowledge of legislation
* Assisting with promotional material, ordering signs and brochures
* Marketing and advertising as required
* Event coordination as required
* Database management
* Executive assistant duties for the Principal
As the ideal candidate you will have
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong knowledge of legislation
* Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
* The ability to work pro-actively and independently
* Be enthusiastic and driven
* Previous 2 years experience within Sales & Contracts Administration in Real Estate, must be confident with tasks.
