Responsibilities:
* Managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry and proposal through to contract signing and ongoing account management
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with a broad client portfolio, acting as the main point of contact
* Driving customer retention by ensuring smooth delivery of services and securing annual contract renewals
* Identifying and converting new sales opportunities, including upsells and cross-sells, to achieve sales KPIs
* Gaining strong technical understanding of products, services, and the wider water reuse industry to offer accurate solutions
* Understanding challenges faced by clients and providing tailored recommendations to support their needs
* Maintaining CRM records and managing your pipeline effectively
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
What We Are Looking For:
* Proven sales success and confidence in negotiation
* Experience using a CRM system
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner
* A team player who is self-motivated, organised, and solutions-focused
* Ability to think on your feet, work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks
