Warehouse Operative - Freezer Warehouse, Reading

Shift Patterns & Pay:
* AM Shift: 06:00 - 14:00 (Sun-Thurs) | £14.32/hr
* PM Shift: 14:00 - 22:00 (Sun-Thurs) | £15.91/hr
* Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:00 (Sun-Thurs) | £16.75/hr
Key Responsibilities:
* Picking stock accurately using LLOP systems.
* Maintaining a pick accuracy rate of 90-100%.
* Ensuring orders are prepared efficiently and to a high standard.
* Collaborating effectively with your team to meet daily targets.
* Performing general warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and stock management.
Requirements:
* Experience using LLOP is an advantage but not essential.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
* Physically capable of lifting, loading, and carrying items.
* Reliable, flexible, and proactive attitude.
