Joining us as an IP Capacity Planner Join a collaborative and forward-thinking team as an IP Capacity Planner, where your expertise will help shape the future of high-performance network infrastructure. You’ll receive a salary of up to £65,000, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing. This is some of what you can expect to be doing: Model and monitor new city networks Identify and enhance existing networks Forecast network component needs (short to long term) Improve capacity monitoring using automation and AI Collaborate with vendors for supply chain consistency What you’ll bring to the role Strong ability to interpret data and forecast network capacity needs using analytics, automation, and AI tools. You'll also have: Advanced data analysis skills using Python, SQL, and Excel Strong experience in IP network planning and capacity forecasting Confidence in troubleshooting and optimising network performance Clear communication, effective across technical and non-technical teams A Self-motivated approach, with a continuous learning mindset and tech curiosity Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging We’re a Times Top 50 Employer for Gender Equality.
