About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our team at a multidisciplined construction company based in Maidstone. This is a temp-to-perm position, offering the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Raise and manage purchase orders accurately and efficiently
* Provide general administrative support to the procurement function
* Cover the Facilities Management (FM) procurement role one day per week
* Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to meet procurement needs
* Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in procurement or administrative roles is desirable.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with procurement systems or ERP software is a plus.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
