About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Risk Manager to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization. This role focuses on developing risk management frameworks, ensuring compliance, and supporting business continuity. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, a proactive mindset, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, assess, and evaluate operational, financial, and strategic risks
* Develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures
* Conduct risk assessments and maintain risk registers
* Monitor risk exposure and recommend mitigation strategies
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and reduce risks
* Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management
* Support business continuity planning and crisis management initiatives
* Drive continuous improvement in risk management processes
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
* Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or related roles
* Strong understanding of risk frameworks, governance, and internal controls
* Experience in risk assessment, audit, or regulatory compliance
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
* Professional certifications such as:
* Certified Risk Manager (CRM)
* Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
* Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
* Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 31000 or COSO ERM
* Experience with risk management tools and reporting systems
* Knowledge of industry-specific regulations (finance, IT, or corporate governance)
* Experience in audit or internal control functions
