ROLEOVERVIEW:
As a Customer AccountHandler you will be responsible for all aspects of customerinterface for a designated geographic area and associated engineersurveyors. You will act as a central point of contact betweencustomers engineer surveyors and our internal computer system toensure all aspects of the service provided to our customers isdelivered efficiently accurately and professionally. You will workindividually to cover your area and as part of a wider team tosupport others asnecessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Interfacewith company computer systems
* Answer queriesfrom customers within your geographic area ofresponsibility.
* Provide small value quotationsusing company computer system.
* Manage therenewal of contracts for your customerbase.
* Support Engineer Surveyors with raisingjobs on the computer system.
* Review andcomplete all jobs for your customer base ready for invoicing on thecompany computer system.
* Email completedreports to customers followinginspections.
* Setup customer access to companyportal to allow them to access theirreports.
* Raise new client information oncompany computer system with support from Accounts andIT.
* Assist engineer surveyors with use ofcompany computer system
* Manage incoming emailsand telephones calls for your customerbase.
* Support other Customer Account Handlersto cover holiday and absence asnecessary.
* Adhere to company policies andprocedures.
EDUCATION&QUALIFICATIONS:
* GCSEMaths and English (or equivalent)
* Higher leveleducation (e.g. degree)desirable
TRAININGKNOWLEDGE &EXPERIENCE:
* Goodknowledge of Microsoft Word / Excel.
* Experienceof working in a customer serviceenvironment.
* Ability to learn how to use thecompany computer system.
* Professional approachto customer service.
* Good written and verbalcommunication skills
