* Negotiating residential property sales from offer through to completion
* Generating and converting new business opportunities

* Arranging and conducting property viewings
* Progressing agreed sales and liaising with solicitors, buyers, and vendors
* Supporting branch performance and contributing to business growth objectives
Qualifications & Skills
* Minimum two years' experience within residential estate agency sales
* Strong track record in property sales and business generation
* Confident negotiator with strong closing skills
* Professional and effective communication skills
* High standards of customer service delivery
* Proactive approach with strong organisational skills
* Local knowledge of Tadworth and surrounding areas would be beneficial
* Full UK Driving Licence essential
