Teads - Industry Director, CPG/FMCG Sector
Teads is seeking an Industry Director for the CPG/FMCG sector to join our Strategic Accounts team based in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic company specializing in full-funnel digital advertising solutions. The Strategic Accounts Team is crucial for growth, with strategic partnerships with top global brands across key verticals. Building on recent successes, the focus will be on expanding our presence within the CPG/FMCG sector.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in digital sales within the CPG sector. Primary responsibilities include cultivating existing relationships and developing new partnerships with leading clients in the CPG industry to drive revenue growth. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Agency Sales teams worldwide to manage high-level media agency relationships and serve as a sector expert to upskill local sales teams.
You will report directly to the VP of Strategic Accounts UK and contribute to developing an advertiser-first strategy.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and enhance Teads growth strategy for the CPG/FMCG sector.
2. Establish and expand partnerships with leading CPG/FMCG brands in the UK, ensuring consistent account growth.
3. Become a sector expert to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
4. Maintain Teads visibility as a vital media partner for CPG/FMCG clients and foster relationships across key functions.
5. Achieve sales targets within the CPG/FMCG sector.
Additional Responsibilities
1. Develop thought leadership within the CPG/FMCG vertical to drive industry and client success.
2. Create and deliver consultative sales presentations leveraging industry knowledge and market trends.
3. Contribute to market intelligence gathering and insights.
4. Engage with industry committees and participate in conferences to stay current with industry developments.
Requirements
* Strong understanding of CPG/FMCG clients in the UK.
* Ability to build relationships with top marketing and media decision-makers.
* Proven experience in developing long-term, sustainable partnerships.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong knowledge of online video, display, performance, and CTV advertising.
