Job Description:
A large telecoms company in Reading is seeking a French-speaking customer services advisor. You will be assisting customers daily through troubleshooting hardware or installation issues, as well as supporting our mobile/web platforms and keeping customers updated via phone & email.
Essential job functions:
* Become a technical expert on the SaaS platform
* Serve as a Technical Customer Support professional dealing with SaaS products and solutions
* Handle incoming customer requests from calls & emails, managing cases end-to-end
* Investigate, troubleshoot, analyze, find resolutions, validate, escalate, and communicate with stakeholders
The ideal candidate is a customer support professional with good technical skills and a clear understanding of customer satisfaction. The technical professional should have:
* Experience in a customer-facing role (mandatory)
* Experience with SaaS solutions (plus, not mandatory)
* Experience with CRM & ERP systems, such as Salesforce and SAP (preferred, not mandatory)
* Strong communication and listening skills (FLUENT FRENCH IS ESSENTIAL)
