2nd Line Support/IT Support Analyst £26,000 – £32,000 + Benefits Stoke on Trent Outsource UK are looking to recruit a 2nd Line Support Analyst to work for a well-established and growing financial services organisation in Stoke on Trent. This role will involve supporting users with a wide range of IT issues, managing tickets through an ITSM system, configuring hardware and software, and assisting with onboarding/offboarding processes. You will also help monitor system performance, maintain backups, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvements within the IT function. The position offers the opportunity to work with technologies including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, networking, virtualisation (Hyper-V), and Intune, while developing your skills through ongoing training and professional development platforms. * Have around 2+ years’ experience in a 1st/2nd Line Support role
* Strong troubleshooting skills
* Experience working within an ITIL framework and supporting enterprise environments would be beneficial.
