Are you an electrically biased engineer who enjoys fault-finding, problem-solving and making things better?

This is an 60% electrical role. Mechanical work exists, but this suits an engineer who enjoys:
* Electrical fault-finding on automated / PLC-driven equipment
* Root cause analysis and permanent fixes
* Improving reliability, not just resetting and running
* Asking: Why did it fail? and Is there a better way?
Youll work on a highly automated production line in an environment that values thinking engineers not just reactive ones.
What were looking for:
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
* Manufacturing or production experience
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic mindset
* Comfortable in a shift environment
* Curious, methodical, improvement-focused
