Job Role Teaching Key Stage 2 (KS2) classes with a focus on engagement and behaviour management. Working 5 days per week. Long-term position until the end of the academic year. Implementing strategies to support pupils with challenging behaviour. Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff. Attending CPD training relevant to behaviour management and subject knowledge. Delivering engaging and structured lessons that cater to varying learning needs. Following school policy on behaviour management and safeguarding. Required Skills and Experience Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum. Experience working with children who display challenging behaviour. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to support different learning needs. A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach to teaching. A DBS on the update service or issued in the last 12 months. Minimum of two excellent references required.
