Delivery Lead – Drive Digital Transformation at Scale
Location: Manchester or Leeds (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)

As part of this transformation, we’re looking for a Delivery Lead to drive high-impact initiatives, foster collaboration, and ensure successful delivery across our product engineering teams.
As a Delivery Lead, you’ll connect engineering, product, and business teams—leading delivery across major projects and helping shape how we build and release software.
Responsibilities
* Oversee delivery across multiple teams, managing dependencies and driving outcomes.
* Champion agile and lean practices, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide clear, consistent updates.
* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and remove blockers to keep teams moving.
* Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics, and coaching.
* Support the Principal Delivery Lead in shaping long-term delivery strategy and culture.
Qualifications
* 3–5+ years in a dedicated delivery role, ideally in large-scale agile environments.
* Deep understanding of agile principles, lean thinking, and systems thinking.
* Strong technical aptitude and experience leading software delivery teams.
* Experience with scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP).
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and servant leadership skills.
* A strategic thinker who can balance delivery with long-term vision.
* A collaborative leader who empowers teams and promotes ownership.
* Understanding of the difference between doing Agile and being Agile.
* A coach and mentor who fosters a culture of openness, respect, and continuous learning.
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across complex programmes.
