What You'll Be Doing Supporting students with a range of complex learning, communication, and behavioural needs. Working closely with the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to implement individual education and behaviour plans (IEPs). Collaborating with speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and other multi-disciplinary professionals. Delivering targeted interventions to develop emotional regulation, communication, and social interaction skills. Supporting classroom teachers in adapting materials and strategies to meet diverse learning needs. Observing, recording, and analysing pupil progress and behaviour patterns. Promoting positive mental health, emotional wellbeing, and resilience among students.
