About the Role
This Nursing Home Manager position requires you to supervise and lead a team of care staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the nursing home, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
You will work closely with staff to promote the well-being of residents through coordinated activities and oversee the administration of medication and monitoring of residents' health needs.
This role is ideal for an experienced Registered Manager who has a strong leadership ability and excellent supervisory skills.
