Job Purpose:
Prepare food products as per standard operating procedure (SOP) and fulfil daily production tasks as allocated by the Line Leader.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Follow Line leaders work-related instructions on daily basis.
* Ensure all food is handled in line with the Companys Food Hygiene Guidelines set out in our Food Safety Policy.
* To follow & maintain all the trainings, policies and standards.
* Help production team in minimizing food waste.
• To follow all Standard Operating Procedures SOP
• Performing following below tasks during the production effectively and efficiently.
a) Spreading & Scooping
b) Placement of Sliced and other ingredients on the Bread slices
c) Covering or Double stacking of sandwiches
d) Transfer them to the cutter e. Cleaning Sandwich cutter, Production line and department if needed
e) Count sandwiches
f) Cutting sandwiches manually by using knife. (After training)
g) Loading Sandwich sealer or Flow wrap machine.
h) Sealing sandwich boxes by sealing machine (after training)
i) Opening Sandwich boxes.Labelling and applying Flash sticker on the sandwich boxes as per instruction.
* Report any Non-Conformance with products to Line Leader.
