We are recruiting a Catering Team Leader to work at Conquest Hospital.
Responsibilities
* Day to day supervision of the front of house retail team.
* Ensure high standards of food safety are achieved.
* Supervise, support a team of workers, complete rotas and carry out administrative duties.
* Promote the highest possible standards of food hygiene and safety with hands‑on skills.
* Perform till work; full training will be given.
* Work a variety of shifts (5 days over 7).
Qualifications
* Experience in managing or supervising a team.
* Passion for excellent service and a commitment to leading by example.
